Basic Policy on Sustainability and Identification of Material Issues

Sanyo Chemical Industries, Ltd. has formulated a new “Basic Policy on Sustainability” and identified “Material issues” as important issues that will have a significant impact on the Group’s value creation over the medium to long term, in order to realize sustainable growth towards future by enhancing both economic and social values in close cooperation with all the stakeholders.
Based on our company mission, “ Establish a better society through our corporate activities”, our group has consistently practiced sustainable management since the foundation. In order to make this management stance clear to our stakeholders, we have formulated our “Basic Policy on Sustainability” and identified “Material issues” as important issues that will have our Group’s value creation over the medium to long term. We will work to resolve these issues as a priority in “WakuWaku Management”, which we are promoting in order to achieve our vision for 2030.
